Venue Reviews

I have always loved this restaurant. It feels private & secluded tucked away at the end of one of the wharfs at Pyrmont yet it has undisturbed views towars Sydney Harbour if your lucky enough to nab a window or outdoor table. Go early for a well made cocktail at the bar downstairs & watch the sunset before entering the classy restaurant to enjoy beautiful, fresh food, especially seafood. Crab is one of the standout dishes to indulge in but all the seafood dishes are treated with respect. Not to say that the meat dishes are not good as they definitely are. Dessert is delicious & adventurous. A beautiful way to spend time over a relaxing lunch or romantic dinner.

“Amazing experience”
The food was absolutely amazing, very good and comprehensive wine list, service was of a very high standard. The setting & view of the harbour was spectacular at sunset, you do get a better view with a table downstairs as the windows are bigger but an amazing experience regardless! Would definitely recommend to family and friends, and will certainly be back.

“Impeccable food and amazing views.”
We dined here for my sons 18th birthday on a busy Sunday for lunch. It’s the second time we’ve dined here and it totally lived up to our expectations. The food was amazing. From delicious entrees & mouth watering mains & stunning desserts. For entrees we had scallops with boudin noir, sweet corn & nectarine. Not only did it look stunning it tasted amazing too. The split tiger prawns were tasty as well. A wedge of lemon was the only missing thing with this dish but a minor omission really. For my main I had the barramundi with white curry, tamarind & mint coconut. OMG this was awesome! If I could have licked the plate I would have. My hubby had the Blue Eye Trevalla, white balsamic potato & caper. Other diners had the Petuna ocean Trout. We shared sides of hand cut chips with chili salt, butter lettuce salad & orange & cardamon carrots. The hand cut chips are a must!! The Yuzu mousse & black sesame soufflé for desserts were beautiful. I can’t fault this restaurant. The service was great even though it was extremely busy and the food was truly amazing. I can’t wait till we return again.
